A different way of relating to what happens inside you—and around you

From Stuck to Steady

How this work unfolds

The SawSak® framework brings together body awareness, nervous system understanding, relational dynamics and practical psychological flexibility—helping people recognise the pathways through which stress, overwhelm and protective patterns shape daily life.

From Stuck to Steadyis the foundational programme pathway within the SawSak® framework. It is designed to help people understand their stuck patterns, develop steadier pathways of regulation and connection, and build capacity for emotional flexibility, in how they relate to themselves, their relationships, and the wider demands of life.

What begins to shift

  • A clearer understanding of what’s driving your reactions—not just what’s happening on the surface

  • The ability to pause and respond calmly, even in moments that would usually overwhelm you

  • A steadier sense of yourself—in your body, your relationships, and your day-to-day life.

How we work together

  • Live therapeutic sessions, where we slow things down and work directly with what’s stuck—not just talk about it

  • Guided short videos and audio practices to help you work with your nervous system between sessions

  • Reflective exercises and a structured workbook to support insight, integration, and real-life change

  • Space for questions and ongoing support, so you’re not left trying to figure going forward alone

  • A rhythm of learning, sensing, and applying—so changes begin to show up in your day-to-day life
