People often come to this work feeling stuck in patterns they can’t fully explain—whether that shows up as anxiety, overwhelm, relationship difficulties, burnout, trauma responses, ADHD related challenges, or simply the sense that life has become harder to navigate than it should be.

I offer focused psychotherapy for individuals who want to understand themselves more clearly, reduce overwhelm, and develop steadier ways of responding to daily life.

Together, we pay attention to what is happening internally—your thoughts, protective patterns, felt sense, and nervous system shifts—so that change becomes something you can actively build, not simply hope for.

What this work involves

Sessions are calm, direct and collaborative.

We begin by noticing what is already present—your thoughts, protective patterns, and your responses to the world around you.

From there, we work to:

  • Understand your protective patterns without judgement

  • Recognising how your nervous system is responding in real time

  • Develop practical ways to regulate overwhelm

  • Building steadier responses that align with your values, relationships, and responsibilities

This work is grounded and practical—applied to your everyday life, not just explored conversation. Sessions are held online via Zoom or Teams, offering a consistent and accessible space to work together remotely, where ever you are geographically.

Who This is For

  • Individual psychotherapy (online)

  • Small group workshops and programmes

  • Organisational and workplace—based support

I work best with individuals who are:

  • In leadership or self directed roles, feeling isolated and overwhelmed with limited opportunity for reflection

  • Navigating pressure in work, relationships or decision-making

  • Aware that insight alone hasn’t created the change they need

  • Ready to engage in a more embodied, practical approach

Trust develops through the work itself, over time and through consistency. You do not need to share everything at once. What matters is a willingness to engage honestly with your patterns and gently apply what we explore between sessions.
